Junction Pizza & Pasta

When our head chef came to New York for the first time, the first dish he had was Pizza. He was taken aback by the taste, texture and beauty of a simple slice. That day, he decided to be a pizza chef. With the passage of time and growth of his experience, he dreamed of opening his own pizzeria. Today, after mastering his culinary skills for ten years, his dream has finally come true. He has worked in countless Italian kitchens for more than a decade. As a matter of fact, he was trained under the Michelin star chef Scott and Angie of ‘Don Angie’  — an Italian American restaurant — for more than five years.

The team behind ‘Junction pizza and pasta’ are a bunch of pizza and pasta aficionados. We are very passionate about cooking and serving authentic Italian cuisine. Every dish we have put out has been well thought and tested.
